At Akshaya Academy, we strive to provide the best learning experience. We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your enrollment. Please review our refund and cancellation policy below.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Before Batch Starts: If you wish to cancel your enrollment before the batch start date, you may request a cancellation by contacting us via phone or email.
  • After Batch Starts: Once classes have commenced, cancellation requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Partial refunds may be issued depending on the number of classes attended.
  • No-Show: If a student fails to attend classes without prior intimation for more than 7 consecutive days after the batch starts, the enrollment will be considered forfeited, and no refund will be applicable.

3. Refund Process

  • To request a refund, contact us at +91 99420 92921 or email info@akshayaacademy.com with your enrollment details and payment receipt.
  • Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be initiated through the original payment method used during enrollment.
  • For payments made via Razorpay, refunds will be processed through Razorpay's refund system. The refund will be credited to the same payment source (bank account, card, UPI, or wallet) used for the original transaction.
  • Refund processing time: 5–10 business days from the date of approval. Bank processing times may vary, and some refunds may take up to 14 business days to reflect in your account.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Registration or processing fees, if any.
  • Payment gateway transaction charges deducted by Razorpay during the original payment.
  • Course materials already provided or downloaded (digital resources).
  • Any promotional or discounted enrollments, unless explicitly mentioned at the time of the offer.
  • Enrollments where the student has attended more than 25% of the total course hours.

5. Course Rescheduling / Batch Transfer

  • If you are unable to continue in your current batch, you may request a one-time batch transfer to a future batch, subject to availability.
  • Batch transfer requests must be made at least 3 days before the desired transfer date.
  • No additional fee will be charged for a one-time batch transfer. Subsequent transfers may incur administrative charges.

6. Failed or Duplicate Payments

  • In case of a payment failure where the amount is debited from your account but the enrollment is not confirmed, please wait for 24–48 hours for the amount to be automatically reversed by your bank.
  • If the amount is not reversed within 48 hours, please contact us with the transaction details (Razorpay Payment ID, date, amount) for resolution.
  • In case of duplicate payments, the excess amount will be refunded within 5–10 business days after verification.

7. Cancellation by Akshaya Academy

Akshaya Academy reserves the right to cancel a batch or course due to insufficient enrollment, trainer unavailability, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases:

  • Students will be offered enrollment in the next available batch at no additional cost.
  • If the student prefers a refund, a full 100% refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
