1. About Akshaya Academy
Akshaya Academy is an English language training institute located in Trichy, Tamil Nadu, India. We offer IELTS coaching, PTE Academic training, Spoken English courses, Junior English programs, and overseas education consultancy services.
2. Enrollment & Admission
- Enrollment is confirmed only after successful completion of payment through our website via Razorpay or at our center.
- By enrolling, you confirm that all information provided during registration is accurate and complete.
- Akshaya Academy reserves the right to refuse or cancel enrollment at its discretion if false or incomplete information is provided.
- Students must be at least 16 years of age to enroll independently. Students below 16 must have a parent or guardian complete the enrollment on their behalf.
- Batch allocation, schedule, and start dates will be communicated after enrollment confirmation.
3. Course Fees & Payments
- All course fees are listed on our website in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of training materials provided by Akshaya Academy.
- Online payments are processed securely through Razorpay, which supports UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and digital wallets.
- Payment is considered complete only when we receive confirmation from Razorpay. In case of payment failure, no enrollment will be confirmed.
- Course fees are subject to change without prior notice. However, fees paid at the time of enrollment will be honored for that specific enrollment.
- Akshaya Academy does not store any credit/debit card or banking information. All payment data is handled by Razorpay in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.
4. Course Delivery
- Courses are delivered through classroom-based (offline) training at our Trichy center and/or online sessions as specified for each course.
- The course duration and schedule mentioned are approximate and may vary based on batch size, holidays, and other factors.
- Akshaya Academy reserves the right to modify course content, schedule, or trainer assignments to maintain quality standards.
- Study materials, mock tests, and practice resources are provided as part of the course and are for the enrolled student's personal use only.
5. Student Responsibilities
- Students are expected to attend classes regularly and complete assigned practice work.
- Disruptive behavior, misconduct, or violation of institute rules may result in suspension or termination of enrollment without refund.
- Students shall not reproduce, distribute, or share course materials, recordings, or proprietary content of Akshaya Academy.
- Students are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials for any online resources provided.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, course materials, and design elements, is the intellectual property of Akshaya Academy and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Akshaya Academy provides coaching and training services to the best of its ability. However, we do not guarantee specific exam scores, band results, or admission outcomes.
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
- Akshaya Academy is not responsible for any issues arising from third-party payment processing through Razorpay, including but not limited to transaction failures, delays, or unauthorized access.
