Akshaya Academy provides educational training services (not physical goods). This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how our courses and services are delivered to enrolled students after successful payment through Razorpay.

Akshaya Academy offers the following services, which are delivered as described below:
- IELTS Coaching (Offline & Online): Classroom-based training at our Trichy center or live online sessions.
- PTE Academic Training: Computer-based practice and classroom coaching at our center or online.
- Spoken English & Junior English: In-person training sessions at our Trichy center.
- Individual IELTS Module Training: Focused training on specific modules (Listening, Reading, Writing, Speaking) at our center.
- Overseas Education Consultancy: Personalized consultation and guidance services delivered through in-person meetings and online communication.

3. Delivery Method
- Offline Courses: All offline courses are delivered at our training center in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. Students are required to attend classes in person as per the scheduled timetable.
- Online Courses: Online courses are conducted through live video sessions. Students will receive login credentials and session links via email or WhatsApp after enrollment confirmation.
- Study Materials: Course-related study materials, practice tests, and resources are provided in class (physical copies) or shared digitally via email or our learning platform.
4. No Physical Shipping
As Akshaya Academy is an educational service provider, no physical products are shipped. All services are delivered either:
- In-person at our training center in Trichy, Tamil Nadu, or
- Digitally through online sessions and email communications.
There are no shipping charges, delivery fees, or logistics costs associated with our services.
5. Communication After Payment
After successful payment through Razorpay, you will receive:
- Instant: Payment receipt and transaction confirmation via email/SMS from Razorpay.
- Within 24 hours: Enrollment confirmation call or message from our team with your batch details.
- Before batch start: Complete class schedule, venue/online link details, and any preparatory instructions.
